In 2017, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum presented a vision: Dubai would become the first city in the world to operate a commercial air taxi network. In 2026, that vision is an operational reality.
Dubai’s Vertiport Network is a government-backed initiative by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), built in partnership with Skyports Infrastructure and Joby Aviation. It consists of four purpose-built vertiports, terminals for electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) air taxis, positioned across Dubai’s most iconic destinations.
The first two vertiports were activated on 31st March 2026. Two more will activate before the end of 2026. When complete, Dubai will be the first city in the world with a permanent, city-wide air taxi service operating from dedicated commercial vertiport infrastructure.

Two vertiports are live and open for naming rights: DXV at Dubai International Airport and AUV at Dubai Marina, both activated on 31st March 2026. Two more vertiports at Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai are coming by the end of 2026, and naming rights for those locations are also available for submission now. Availability is limited as only one naming rights partner can be secured per location.
Each vertiport naming rights package includes five permanent branded assets: the Exterior Car Park Logo (3m × 1m), the Vertiport Entrance Logo (3m × 1.5m), the Vertiport Column Wraps (3 columns at 8m height), the Landing Pad Logos (2 logos at 3m × 3m each), and the Landing Pad Entrance Wraps (25m × 4m, two sides). All sizes are subject to minor changes, and full specifications are provided upon request.
Digital screen advertising at each vertiport includes: indoor Check-In & Lounge screens (1 × 75-inch and 6 × 65-inch screens in the passenger waiting area), an outdoor Double-Sided MUPI at the vertiport exit (1.5m × 2.5m), and an outdoor Single-Sided MUPI at the vertiport entrance (1.5m × 2.5m). Digital screens can be booked independently or combined with naming rights for full vertiport brand coverage.
